Chapter 13: Miscellaneous Rules and Regulations

1. The Chief Moderator is always right.
   1. BackpackGearTest.org is not a democracy.
   2. The rules do not always apply to the Chief Moderator.
      1. When in doubt as to whether or not a particular rule applies to the Chief Moderator, it doesn't.
2. When in doubt of anything else, see rule number one.
3. Unless specifically contradicted by Jerry, the Moderators are always right.
4. The Bylaws may change at any time without notice, and may be changed, amended, suspended, or eliminated as necessary.
